Abstract

The obtaining conditions of recombinant inhibitor of mammalian α-amylase, magnificamide, sea anemone Heteractis magnifica were optimized. The fusion protein refolding procedure was revealed to lead to a significant yield increase of the recombinant peptide with correct spatial structure in comparison with the peptide isolation without the refolding.
